Healthcare can be overwhelming, and solutions are not always made with you in mind. Too often, they’re made to serve the business interests of large healthcare systems and insurance companies.

The problem isn’t that you can’t manage your health; it’s that you’ve never had the right tools to help do it confidently. Bonnie is a healthcare companion reimagining how you organize, understand, and advocate for your health - on your own terms.

Employing accessible AI technology via voice + SMS, the Bonnie team is interested in how AI can be used responsibly and safely to enhance the experience you have with the healthcare system. AI is everywhere these days, especially in healthcare whether you want it or not. Bonnie optimizes the healthcare experience and reimagines the ways in which you as a patient or caregiver manage health information and engage with your care team.

Bonnie is designed to be safe, reliable, and not to hallucinate or replace your doctor. You don’t need to download an app, she doesn’t bug you to take an action, and you decide how much or little to use her.

Bonnie makes the following commitments to users:

We do not sell your individual data. Your privacy matters to us.
We will never share your data with your provider or insurance company without your consent. You decide how and with whom to share your data
We do not use your data for LLM training. Your data is protected from being used to train the LLMs used to power Bonnie.

Our Commitment

Bonnie is an early adopter in joining CMS's mission to modernize the nation’s digital health ecosystem.

We pledge to build conversational AI assistants that connect to CMS Aligned Networks or personal health record apps, and with patient consent, securely access relevant health information and use this information to deliver personalized, helpful support. Our tools will clearly distinguish educational content from clinical guidance, assist patients directly when appropriate and guide them to care from a health professional when needed.
